Dear Country Village Homeowners:

The painting company will be starting on Phase III painting of your townhome and trim board replacement. (which is the HOA responsibility)

The siding is the homeowner’s responsibility/expense.  If you have siding that needs to be replaced and you would like a bid from our contractor, Wes Murata, with Murata Coating Systems, Inc. please call him directly by March 28, 2007 to get your bid for siding replacement. You can contact Wes at 303-947-9273 or email at wmurata7@aol.com

The siding replacement must be completed before any trim board is replaced, so please either contact Wes or a contractor of your choice if you should decide to replace any siding.

Again, the cost of replacing the siding is a homeowner’s expense and we encourage you to maintain the value and appearance of your townhome.  This is a perfect opportunity to do so before the final stage of painting is completed.
