President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:30pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2005. Present: Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Kathy Kozik and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Harry Niemi was out ill. Homeowners in attendance: Sandi Baird, Mel & Sally Moore, June Reagan. Stan Ferguson and Mike Kozik.
Richard moved that the February minutes be approved as recorded. Kathy seconded and the motion carried.
Kim Maguire presented the financial statements. Kim addressed that Horizon Bank CD will mature on 4/2/05 and requested that we decide on a one or two year CD. Richard motioned that Kim shop around for the best rates on a one year CD, and Kathy seconded the motion and the motion carried. Kathy made a motion to approve check detail for check numbers 2540-2549. Richard seconded the motion and it carried. Richard motioned to approve the financials and Kathy seconded and the motion carried. Kim presented the managers report and informed us which accounts have been paid and which accounts are at the attorney’s office for collection. Water usage is high in unit 136 Fraser. Kim will call and request that they check for leaks. Update on the siding claim, we will get a check for $14,000.00 and BMCI is supposed to get 25% of that and we will not be sending that since they did not re-file on time.
Senate Bill 100 - update - looks like it will pass. Kim will email us on the update.
June Reagan wanted us to know that not all the trim board that was supposed to be replaced was replaced and that they replaced boards that didn’t need to be replaced. Richard suggested that in the future that we mark the boards that need to be replaced so that this doesn’t happen again.
Discussion on painting – a schedule needs to be decided and will be decided when the walk-thru is done. Kim will get quotes on 2, 3, 4 and 5 units. So that when we discuss painting in April we can decide where to start. We will also look into having someone oversee everything once painting has begun.
The date for the Spring Walk-thru will be at 4:00pm April 12th
Spring clean up day – plant flowers and clean the complex, a date hasn’t been set as of yet but will be end of May or in early June.
Dates for the community garage sales will be June 3rd & 4th and August 5th & 6th
