Board Meeting
November 8 , 2005
I. Call to Order
President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 6:35 pm.
Present: Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Stan Ferguson and Kathryn Wells. Representing Management was Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Absent, Kathy Kozik.
Homeowners in attendance: June Reagan and Kay Loni Ferguson.
II. Approval of Minutes – August 9, 2005
Mr. Banks motioned to accept the minutes as recorded. Mr. Ferguson seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously with Ms. Wells abstaining.
III. Approval of Financial Statements October 31, 2005
Kim Maguire presented the financial statements. Mr. Banks motioned to approve check detail for checks 2620-2639. Mr. Ferguson seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. For the financials month ending October 2005, Mr. Banks motion that they be approved and Mr. Ferguson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
IV. New Business
A notice will be mailed to the homeowner at #28 indicating that the trash on her driveway will be removed on November 14, 2005 at the owner’s expense. The Association has made numerous requests that the homeowner remove the items from her driveway and those requests have been ignored. The Holiday Party will be held at Larry Eirich’s home on December 2, 2005. More information will be included in the monthly newsletter. Mr. Ferguson will contact the City of Aurora Sewer Department to investigate the sewer system at Country Village. Ms. Maguire was asked to email a homeowner’s directory to the Board of Directors. It was noted that Urban Farmer will start leaf cleanup next week. Ms. Maguire presented the SB100, Seven Required Policies and Procedures. The Board unanimously adopted all the policies and procedures and separate minutes were taken for this process.

Various correspondences were covered on the Agenda. No actions taken.
VII. Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45pm
VIII. Executive Session
The Board went into Executive Session after the adjournment to discuss other issues pertaining to the Association. No actions were taken.
