Board Meeting
January 10, 2006
I. Call to Order
President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 6:30pm. Present: Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik. Absent Katherine Wells. Representing management was Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Home Owners in attendance: Pat Landrum, Sandy Baird, Ben & Marguerite Meyer, June Reagan and Kay Loni Ferguson.
II. Minutes of Previous Meeting
Richard motioned that the minutes be approved as written and Stan seconded the motion and the motion carried.
III. Financial Statements and Managers Report
Kim Maguire presented the financial statement. Richard motioned that it be approved and Stan seconded the motion and it carried. Kathy motioned to approve check detail 2640 – 2650 and Stan seconded the motion and it carried. An email vote passed that we going to continue to keep Beichle & Associates for our tax returns for 2005 year. The date for the second phase of painting was discussed and it was decided that it should begin the first of June. Unless there is an emergency there will be no major repairs done this year.
IV. New Business
The Landrum’s sent an email request so that they can deck the back patio. The board approves that they can redo the back patio. The Ferguson’s are requesting reimbursement for repairs done to their unit in the amount of $3084.82. It was decided that the front and back wall caps and the upper back balcony cap are the homeowners’ responsibility. The board will decide what will be done outside of this meeting and get back to them. We will have Murata Coating come out and give us a bid on all trim for phase 2 of the painting. We will not do a winter watering that was suggested by Urban Farmer. Kim will contact Mr Christensen re: his letters to Larry and Kim wanting to know when the board would take care of wild animal removal and the wind tearing off the metal cap off of his fence. Marguerite asked about garage door replacement and was told that she could contact Aurora Garage Door. The next meeting will be April 11, 2006.
