Board of Directors Meeting
November 14, 2006
Call to Order
President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Board members in attendance were Larry Eirich, Stan Ferguson, Katherine Wells, Kathy Kozik and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management, LLC. Richard Banks was absent.
Financial and Managers Reports
Kim Maguire presented the financial statements. Stan motioned to approve check detail for the months of July – October 31, 2006 for checks 2758 to 2797. Katherine seconded the motion and the motion passed. Stan motioned to approve the financials and Katherine seconded the motion and it carried. Kim will be shopping around for a new trash removal company because the cost has risen a great deal. We are over budget on water and will be asking the home owners to watch their water usage. Kim will also be shopping around for a new insurance company to get us a better quote. All homeowners were mailed a Budget Ratification letter on October 27, 2006 informing the homeowners that there would be a $15.00 per month increase in dues. The Budget was presented to the homeowners and it was not rejected. It was ratified. Kim will order the coupon books and get them mailed before the first of the year.
New/Old Business
Pearl addressed the board requesting again that her driveway be repaired. It was explained to her that there isn’t any money at this time to do any concrete work. We will look at her driveway when we do the spring walk thru. We will look at doing repairs the following year once we have completed all of the painting. Dispute Resolution – was emailed to all board members and Stan motioned to accept # three resolution, Katherine seconded the motion and it carried. The Holiday party will be at Larry’s on December 1st from 5pm to 8pm
Meetings for 2007 will be held in the Lowry Room at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates: March 13, 2007 June 12, 2007 October 9, 2007 November 13, 2007 - Annual/Budget Ratification Meeting
