Board Meeting Minutes
For June 12, 2007
I. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. Board members present were Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Stan Ferguson, and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Homeowners present were: Sandy Baird, Mel and Sally Moore, Roberta and Jerry Taylor, Gregory Foskey, and Pearl Carlin.
II. Pearl Carlin requested budget be allocated next year on her request for driveway repairs during the homeowner’s forum.
III. Richard moved that the previous meeting’s minutes be approved. Stan seconded and the motion was carried.
IV. The financial statements were reviewed. Richard moved that the financial statements be approved. Stan seconded and the motion was carried.
V. There was no old business.
VI. Under new business
The annual picnic will be held July 2nd.
Trim work in nearing completion and the final painting phase should begin in the next several weeks.
VII. Correspondence
Reviewed letter authorizing Pat and Sam Landrum in unit #40 to proceed with their xeriscaping project.
Reviewed letter from Leroy Ryburn in unit #20 regarding rain water entering through basement window. Gutter and downspout repairs are the responsibility of the homeowner.
VIII. The next meeting was scheduled for October 9th, and the annual meeting for November 13th. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm.
