Board Meeting Minutes
For March 13, 2007

I. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.  Board members present were Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Stan Ferguson and Katherine Wells, and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management.  Homeowners present were:  Mel and Sally Moore, Roberta and Jerry Taylor, Pearl Carlin, Charles Anthony and Karlene Cosner, Sandy Baird, Margarette and Ben Meyer, and Rex and June Reagan.

II. Richard moved that the previous meeting’s minutes be approved.  Katherine seconded and the motion was carried.

III. During the homeowner’s forum, the need to cut the grass no lower than 3” was mentioned.  This should reduce damage from a less frequent watering schedule.

IV. The financial statements were reviewed.  Our checking account is very low and we may need to borrow from reserves to cover checks.  Richard moved that the financial statements be approved.  Katherine seconded and the motion was carried.

V. New Business

Larry will add the Travelers property inspection to the newsletter

The pool maintenance contract was reviewed.  Richard moved that the contract be approved. Stan seconded and the motion was carried.  We decided to keep last year’s keys to save money.

We agreed to keep our workers compensation coverage.

Trim work has started for the last phase of the painting program.

VI. The meeting was adjourned at 7:26 pm.
