Country Village Homeowner’s Association
Board Meeting Minutes
For April 15, 2008

I. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. Board members present were Larry
Eirich, Richard Banks, Stan Ferguson, Katherine Wells, and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Homeowners present were: Sandy Baird, Mel and Sally Moore, Roberta and Jerry Taylor, and Pearl Carlin.

II. Homeowner’s Forum:

- Sally Moore inquired about repairs to her house

- A safety rail will be added to the swimming pool this year

- Complaints about Urban Farmer and caring of the grounds

- We will be on water rationing again this year

III. The previous meeting’s minutes could not be approved as Kathy Kozik was not present.

IV. The financial statements were reviewed. Richard moved that the financial statements be approved. Katherine seconded and the motion was carried.

V. There was no old business.

VI. Under new business

- A $5500 landscape modification proposal was reviewed for xeriscaping, rock work, and to cap off a number of sprinkler heads. While the board viewed this as a very good idea, others felt the priority needs to be replenishing reserves.

- Richard moved that $5500 be moved to the reserve account, Katherine seconded, and the motion was approved.

- We will instruct Urban Farmer to shut off the sprinkler heads in the areas scheduled to xeriscaped, and the grass allowed to die.

- Pearl Carlin requested the board approve the cement work to replace her driveway. Richard moved, Katherine seconded, and the motion was passed.

- A comment was made about the condition of the driveway at #24.

VII. Correspondence

- The board reviewed the letter from Katherine Wells in confidence.

VIII. The next meeting was scheduled July 15th in Aurora Room 1. The meeting was
adjourned at 7:15 pm.
