Board Meeting
January 15, 2008

Call to Order

President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Present board members were Larry Eirich, Richard Banks, Katherine Wells, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management, LLC. There were a total of 5 home owners in attendance.

Open Forum

Pearl had questions about the streets. Everything will be looked at when the spring walk-thru is done, which will be May 13th at 9am. There is a garage door broken that might be #24. The dates for the upcoming meetings were incorrect in the newsletter. The correct dates for the meetings are April 15, July 15, September 16, and November 12.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting

The members in attendance were asked if they reviewed the Minutes from June meeting. There was one correction and Richard motioned that we accept the minutes with the correction and Katherine seconded the motion, and it carried.

Financial & Managers Reports

Kim Maguire presented the financials and presented check detail 2888 – 2911. Kathy motioned that the check detail be accepted as presented and Katherine seconded the motion and it carried. Richard motioned for the financials to be accepted and Katherine seconded the motion and it carried.

New Business

Spring walk-thru will be May 13th at 9am.

Water usage update – Not all HOA’s were invited to the City’s meetings regarding water usage. The city is looking at restructuring the water usage where they will go back to 2005 & 2006 and we will be given the same water allotment used those two years plus 10%. Larry said that people should come out a lot better.

Kim proposed to have the meetings start at 6 pm from now on instead of 6:30 pm effective April 15th.

Kim’s proposed to have her contract dates change to January 1 to December 31st. Richard motioned that we make the change and Kathy seconded the motion and it carried.

Adjournment

Kathy made a Motion to adjourn meeting at 7:00 pm and Richard seconded, and it carried.
