Country Village Homeowners Association April 21, 2009 6:00pm
Call to Order
President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:02pm. Present board members were Larry Eirich, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik, James Taylor and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management, LLC. There were a total of 3 home owners in attendance and Board member Richard Banks was absent.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The Directors in attendance were asked if they reviewed the Minutes from the July meeting. Stan motioned that we accept the minutes and Larry seconded the motion, and it carried.
Homeowners Forum
Nothing was brought to the board’s attention
Financial & Managers Reports
Kim Maguire presented the financials and presented check detail. Stan motioned to accept the financials and check detail as presented, Kathy seconded the motion and it carried.

New Business
a. The Safety Vacuum Release System needs to be put in to be in accordance with the law. Kathy motioned to have the work done on the safety vacuum release system and Stan seconded the motion and it carried.
b. The Spring Walk Through is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th at 4pm. Kim will invite our landscaping company to go on the walk through. We will take a serious look at paving issues.
c. Kim called The City of Aurora who told her to call Tri-County and she spoke to Brad Terpin who said that the prairie dogs are our problem; they do not consider them a health problem. We can hire a company to come in and remove them, trap them or poison them but we can not shoot them. Kim will look into cost of having someone with a license come in to poison them.
d. Garage sale will be June 5th and 6th from 8 - 5.

With no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:28pm. Next meeting will be July 21st at the Aurora Municipal Building at 6pm.
