 Country Village Homeowners Association September 15, 2009 6:00pm

Call to Order

President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:05pm.  Present board members were Larry Eirich, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik, James Taylor, Richard Banks and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management.  There were a total of 10 home owners in attendance. 

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

The members in attendance were asked if they reviewed the Minutes from the July meeting.  Kathy motioned that we accept the minutes with the change of thanking Kathy Flanagan for her various improvements around our community and Jim seconded the motion, and it carried.  

Homeowners Forum

The Thompson’s of unit 2 wanted to thank the board for their green grass.  Pearl asked about foreclosures in our community.

Financial & Managers Reports

Kim Maguire presented the financials and presented check detail.  Richard motioned to accept the financials and check detail as presented, Kathy seconded the motion and it carried.  

Old Business

a. Unit 124 in regards to drainage and landscape problems, homeowner will have C.W. out to look at his problems and get back to the board.

b. Unit 68 still is having trouble with the tree between her home and the unit next to hers.  Kim will look into having the tree removed.

 New Business

a. Kathy motioned to accept the snow removal contract and Stan seconded the motion and it carried.

b. Budget review – Kathy motioned to accept the 2010 budget as it was presented by Kim, Richard seconded the motion and it carried. 

c. The 2010 budget ratification will take place at the annual meeting on November 10, 2009.

Adjournment

With no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:15pm.  Next meeting which is our Annual Meeting will be November 10, 2009 at the City Café in the Aurora Municipal Building on the 2nd floor with sign in begging at 6:15 and the meeting to begin at 6:30pm.
