Country Village Homeowners Association

March 9, 2010

6:00pm

 

Call to Order

 President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.  Present board members were Larry Eirich, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik, James Taylor, Richard Banks, Erika Ross and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management.  There were no other home owners in attendance. 

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

 The board was asked if they reviewed the Minutes from the January meeting.  Erika motioned that we accept the minutes with the correction showing that Stan Ferguson was also absent from the January meeting and Richard seconded the motion, and it carried. 

Homeowners Forum

  Special thanks to James Taylor & Larry Eirich for going out and taking extra care with putting down ice melt and sand around #122 saving our HOA a lot of money by not having the snow removal people come out and do it.  Thank you!

Financial & Managers Reports

 Kim Maguire presented the financials and presented check detail.  Richard motioned to accept the financials and check detail as presented, Kathy seconded the motion and it carried.  

Old Business 

 No old business

 New Business

 a. Ratify Pool contract with Pool Shark.  Kathy motioned to accept the contract to continue with Pool Shark and Erika seconded the motion and it carried. 

            b. Management Contract – Kathy motioned to continue our contract for another year with Kim Maguire and Richard seconded and it carried.

 b. The Spring Walk Through is scheduled for Monday, April 19th at 5:30pm.  Kim will invite our landscaping company to go on the walk through.  

 c. Bathroom cleaning at the pool.  We will search for someone to clean the bathrooms on Monday and Friday and pay them $25.00 a week.  

 d. Garage sale will be June 4th and 5th from 8 – 5 and August 6th – 7th 

 e. Light repair – we will have someone come out and look at what it will take to fix the light that is out

Adjournment

 With no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.  Next meeting will be May 11th Fletcher Room at 6pm.
