Call to Order

 President Larry Eirich called the meeting to order at 6:00pm.  Present board members were Larry Eirich, Stan Ferguson, Kathy Kozik, James Taylor, Richard Banks, Erika Ross and Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management.  There were 7 additional home owners in attendance. 

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

 The board was asked if they reviewed the Minutes from the March meeting.  Richard motioned that we accept the minutes and Stan seconded the motion, and it carried.  

Financial & Managers Reports

 Kim Maguire presented the financials and presented check detail.  Kathy motioned to accept the financials and check detail as presented, Stan seconded the motion and it carried. 

Old Business 

 No old business

 New Business

 a. Bid on various landscape – waiting on a bid for replacement of all edging. 

 b. Stump removal – will be tabled until the edging bid comes in due to the high cost for the removal.

 c. HB1278 – An amended version of this bill passed the Senate and we will now have a annual charge to be registered which is required by law.

 d. Homeowner request for # 10 for replacement sod was approved and wood chips will be placed between #6 & #8.

Homeowners Forum

 Sandy - #16 there are some shrubs that need to be trimmed along the side of her house.  

 The light at across from 74 has been rewired and is now working.

Adjournment

 With no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.  Next meeting will be August 17th at 6pm at the Picnic Shelter and our picnic will follow at 6:30pm.
