The Hunter’s Run Condominium Board of Directors would also like to take this opportunity to disseminate information on several topics:
1 Drought: The Board would like to emphasize the importance of conserving our water. We encourage you to check for leaking toilets and faucets in your condominium.
2 Chimney & Dryer Vents: Homeowners are reminded that it is their responsibility to make sure their chimney and dryer vents are clean. A clean vent not only results in more efficient use of your dryer and/or fireplace, but also diminishes the risk of fire.
3 Trash: Trash must be disposed of in the trash enclosures. Trash may not be left outside your front door at any time. Please dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate containers and not around the buildings. Let’s keep Hunter’s Run looking great.
4 Patios: Patios/balconies should not be left in an unkept, dirty or unsanitary condition so as to constitute an annoyance or eyesore to the homeowners. Keep in mind that only patio type furniture is allowed on the patio and no trash cans, coolers or other items may be stored on the patios/balconies.
5 Pets: Only one dog/cat per household. Livestock, chicken and roosters may not be kept as pets. Pets shall be on a leash and accompanied by a resident at all times when on Common Grounds and residents shall dispose of all pet excrement in a sanitary manner. The Association furnishes pet pick up bags that are located throughout the property for your convenience.
6 Noise: Minimal noise is required between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. No noise quiet time is required between hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7 a.m. Please be courteous to your neighbors.
7 Charcoal and Gas Grills: ARE NOT ALLOWED! By the order of Unincorporated Arapahoe County's Cunningham Fire Department, gas grills and charcoal grills of any size may not be used at Hunters Run. These grills are considered fire hazards and should a fire erupt as a result of use of a gas or charcoal grill, you will be responsible for all damages and possible legal action. You are only allowed to use the small propane table top grills.
