PLUM CREEK NORTH MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES

April 17, 2012

I. CALL TO ORDER

The April 17, 2012 meeting of the Board of Directors for the Plum Creek North Master Homeowners Association, Inc. was held at 5:00 p.m. at the Philip Miller Library, in the Wells Fargo Room, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The meeting was called to order at 5:08 p.m. Board President by David Littler. Board Members present; Kerry Schalders, Dave Littler and Frank Gappa. Absent; representing management: Kim Maguire with Premier Property Management, LLC. Homeowners in attendance; Monte Tucker and Honey Keys.

II. OPEN BOARD POSITION DISCUSSION

The Board spoke to homeowner Monte Tucker from Sawgrass Townhomes. Mr. Tucker is interested in being appointed to the Board to fill vacant position that term in 2013. The Board will discuss and get back to
Mr. Tucker.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes from the October 3, 2011 meeting were approved via electronic mail in October 2011. Ms. Schalders made a motion to ratify the approval of the minutes, seconded by Mr. Gappa. Motion passed unanimously.

IV. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Board reviewed the financial statements as of March 2012 to include the bank statements and reconciliations, income statement, YTD income statement, check detail, A/R aging summary. Mr. Gappa motioned to approve the financial statements as presented and move funds as recommended, seconded by Ms. Schalders. Motion passed unanimously.

V. OLD BUSINESS

No Old Business.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

The Board discussed that the PCNMA ACC meet with the Fairway Vistas Board of Directors, (“FVHOA”) on ARC submittals. Mr. Gappa and Ms. Keys indicated that there was a meeting next Wednesday, but wanted to confirm with the rest of the FVHOA Board of the meeting date, time and location and will get back to Ms. Maguire for confirmation to attend. Ms. Schalders motioned to appoint Mr. Tucker as a Board Member until 2013. Mr. Gappa seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
