OFFICIAL ANNUAL AND BUDGET RATIFICATION MEETING NOTICE

August 10, 2010

Dear Homeowner:

The Annual Meeting of the Ridgewood Village Homes Association, Inc. will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8 , 2010 (sign in of homeowners will begin at 6:15 p.m.) at the Edwin A. Bemis Public Library, 6014 South Datura Street, Littleton, Colorado 80120. The meeting will be held in the Community Room. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors, which are each a three (3) year term, ratify the 2010/2011 Budget (which is enclosed for your review) and to address other issues as may be brought before the membership.

The announced candidate to date, per the Nominating Committee is: Fran Billars and Jerry Thomas.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend the Annual and Budget Ratification Meeting; however, voting by proxy is permitted. Below is a proxy that may be used for the meeting. Your proxy may be given to anyone of your choice or mail your proxy to the offices of the Association, C/o Premier Property Management, LLC. P.O. Box 632018, Littleton, CO 80163. Proxies must be received by end of business day on September 7, 2010.
