Minutes of the Board Meeting: Wednesday, July 12, 2006 – 9:00 a.m.

Board of Directs Present: Kathleen Casey, President; Ann Rogers, Vice President; Paul Clarey, Treasurer; Karen Carey, Member-at-large; Helen Thomas, Secretary.

Absent: None Others Present: None

1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by President Kathleen Casey at

9:10 a.m.

2. Approval of Minutes: Paul Clarey motioned to approve the minutes of 5/24/06 and Helen Thomas 2nd. Ann Rogers motioned to approve the minutes of 6/14/06 and Karen Carey 2nd.

3. Financial Report: None

4. Homeowner Forum: None

5. Committee Reports:
Nominating Committee: Committee Chairman Ann Rogers reported that Shirley Dawson, Dawn Shepherd and Jana Clarey agreed to serve on the nominating committee to find a replacement for Karen Carey.  

6. Manager Report: None

7. Old Business: The fence at Prince and Sycamore has been restored. 
The sprinkler heads at 2202 Ridge Road and the sod have been replaced in the
backyard.

8. New Business:  None

10. Next Meeting:

Board Meeting: Will be held at the home of Helen Thomas, on July 25th at 9:30 am
concerning the up-dating of the bylaws.

Next regular meeting: Will be held at the residence of Kathleen Casey on August 9th
at 9:00 am. Kim Maquire, Mgr will be present at the meeting.
