Minutes of the Board Meeting: Thursday, March 16, 2006                                         At the home of Ann Rogers.

Board of Directors Present:  Kathleen Casey, President; Ann Rogers, Vice President; Paul Clarey, Treasurer; Helen Thomas, Secretary.

Absent: Karen Carey, Member-at-large

Others Present: None

1. Call to order:

   a. The meeting was called to order by President Kathleen Casey at 1:00 p.m. 

2. Approval of Minutes:

   a.             Minutes of the February 15 meeting were approved. 

3. Financial Report: None

4. Homeowner Forum:

   a. A written request for replacement of two bathroom windows at the home of    Kathleen Casey – 2212 Ridge Road was approved.

5. Committee Reports: None

6. Manager Report: None

7. Old Business:

   a. Paul Clarey volunteered to print and deliver notices to all homeowners concerning the walk-through for April 13^th.

   b. It was decided that the cottonwood tree in front of Ann Rogers’ house will not be removed.  

8. New Business:  

   a. Karen Carey resigned as secretary. Helen Thomas was voted in as secretary by the Board.

   b. Paul Clarey resigned from the Architectural Committee and he will try to find a replacement.

   c. The Board began updating the By-Laws of RVHA.

9. Next Meeting:  The board will meet at the pool at 9 a.m. on April 13 for the annual walk-through. Following the walk-through, the board will meet at Kathleen Casey’s home (2212 Ridge Road) for a meeting. 

10. Adjournment:  The meeting was adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
