Minutes of the Board Meeting: Wednesday, September 20, 20006
Board of Directors Present: Kathleen Casey, President; Ann Rogers, Vice President; Paul Clarey, Treasurer; Helen Thomas, Secretary; Karen Carey, Member-at- Large.
Absent: None
Others Present: Kim Maguire, Manager
1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by President Kathleen Casey. The purpose of this meeting, which immediately followed the Annual Meeting of Ridgewood Village HOA, was to elect officers for the Board. Kim Maguire officiated for the election.
President: Kathleen Casey -term until 2009
Vice President: Ann Rogers – term until 2008
Secretary: Les Sitter – term until 2009
Treasurer: Paul Clarey – term until 2008
Member at Large: Helen Thomas – term until 2007
1 Next Meeting: The next will be held at the home of Ann Rogers, on November 15th at 9:00a.m.
2 Adjournment: Helen Thomas motioned for adjournment, 2nd. by Paul Clarey.
