Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board of Directors
March 14, 2007
I. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by the president, Kathleen Casey Also present were Board Members Ann Rogers, Helen Thomas and Les Sitter, Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management LLC, and Homeowners Barbara Miller and Bruce Kramlich. Board Member Paul Clarey was absent.
II. The minutes of the January regular meeting of the Board were reviewed and approved.
III. Homeowners Forum:
a. Barbara Miller asked about painting of new garage doors. It was moved, seconded and passed unanimously that the Association would provide the paint and the Homeowner would provide the labor for painting new doors obtained from American Door Co., Model T-100 in almond color.
b. Barbara also requested approval for the installation of a television satellite dish. The request was approved unanimously.
c. Barbara also requested approval to install a new, lockable mailbox in front of her unit. It was discussed by the Board members and was determined that no approval was necessary.
d. Bruce Kramlich gave a report on the on-going neighborhood situation near his unit.
IV. Manager’s Report:
a. Kim Maguire presented the February 28, 2007 Financial Statements and they were approved by the Board as presented. Also presented was the accounts receivable Aging Summary.
b. Discussion followed concerning the major delinquent Owner.
c. Kim reported that the gutter cleaning was completed.
d. A tree-spray contract was presented, reviewed by the Board and unanimously approved.
e. The new contract with Indian Summer was also reviewed and approved unanimously.

IX. The next meeting will be at the home of Ann Rogers at 9:00 a.m. on May 9, 2007.
