Ridgewood Village Home Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Minutes of the Board Meeting: Wednesday, May 16, 2007 – 9 a.m. Board of Directs Present: Kathleen Casey, President; Ann Rogers, Vice President; Paul Clarey, Treasurer; Helen Thomas, Member at Large Absent: Les Sitter Others Present: Kim Maguire. 1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by President Kathleen Casey at
9:00 a.m. at the home of Ann Rogers.
2. Approval of Minutes: A correction was made to the minutes that the meeting was held at the home of Kathleen Casey. The minutes were approved as modified by Paul Clarey and 2nd by Helen Thomas.
3. Financial Report: Kim Maguire gave a financial report. Helen Thomas made a motion to approve the financial report the motion was seconded by Ann Rogers and passed unanimously.
4. Homeowner Forum: None

8. New Business: Joan Chapman submitted a letter addressing several issues. The Board discussed these issues and Kim Maguire said she would reply to Joan by mail.
Paul Clarey discussed using energy efficient light bulbs in the future as our outdoor bulbs need to be replaced.
We have several greenbelt lighting problems and Kim will ask Indian Summer to check these light fixtures.
Ann Rogers made a motion that we hire Indian Summer to weed and clean up the center common greenbelt area. Indian Summer submitted a bid for $610.00. Paul Clarey seconded the motion, motion passed unanimously.
Kim discussed the two driveway entries on Ridge Road. Indian Summer submitted a bid for $960 to clean and upgrade these areas. The Board decided not to enhance that area
The Board is considering redoing our asphalt driveways next year.
9. Next Meeting: The next will be held at the home of Helen Thomas August 8th 2007, Wednesday, at 9:00a.m.
10. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m. Minutes submitted by Helen Thomas Acting Secretary for Les Sitter.
