Minutes of a Board Meeting: Friday, July 20, 2007
Board of Directs Present: Kathleen Casey, President; Ann Rogers, Vice President; Paul Clarey, Treasurer; Helen Thomas., member at large.
Absent: Les Sitter
1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by President Kathleen Casey.
The primary purpose of this meeting was to select a Nominating Committee.
The Board selected Al Bartlett, Jana Clarey and Kathleen Casey to serve on the Nominating Committee.
At the Aug. 15th Board meeting the Nominating Committee will submit the names of at least two candidates to fill the two up coming vacancies on the Board.
10. Adjournment: At 9:40 a.m.
