Ridgewood Village Homes Association, Inc. Minutes of Meeting of Board of Directors September 18, 2008

I. The meeting, held at Bemis Library immediately following the Ridgewood Village Annual Homeowners Meeting, was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by the president, Kathleen Casey. Present were Board Members Kathleen Casey, Paul Clarey, Jerry Thomas, Fran Billars and Les Sitter, as well as Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management LLC.

II. Election of Officers: The only business to come before the meeting was the election of Board officers for the fiscal year, 2008-2009. Les Sitter moved that all current officers be reelected to the offices currently held.  Seconded by Jerry Thomas. The motion was carried unanimously.  

III.    The meeting was then adjourned at 8:00 pm.
