Ridgewood Village Homes Association, Inc. Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board of Directors May 7, 2009

I. The meeting was called to order at 10:25 a.m. by the president, Kathleen Casey, the meeting being held in the home of Jerry Thomas, following a walk-through of the Ridgewood facilities. Present were Board Members Kathleen Casey, Paul Clarey, Jerry Thomas, and Les Sitter, as well as Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management. Not present was Fran Billars.

II. The minutes of the March 5, 2009 meeting of the Board were reviewed and approved as amended.

III. Homeowners Forum:  No Homeowners were present.

IV.  Manager’s Report: Kim Maguire presented the April, 2009 Financial Statements and they were approved by the Board as presented.

Kim reported that a Mile High certificate of deposit had matured.  It was moved by Kathleen, seconded by Jerry that Kim get a replacement certificate.  The motion passed unanimously.

V.   Old Business: There was no old business to come before the Board.

VI.  New Business: Kathleen suggested strongly that future walk-throughs be by directors and management only, with individual homeowners given the opportunity to submit issues in writing by a date certain.

Jerry strongly suggested that new siding be considered soon.  He feels strongly about this. Walk-through:  Asphault: fill as needed.  Sidewalks: fill worst of cracks Tree rings: no action. Center landscaping: Max will get bids. Siding: Replace siding on side of 6424 Prince

The next meeting will be August 12, at 9:00 am at the home of Paul Clarey.  The Annual Meeting will be September 10, 2009, at 6:30 pm, at Bemis Library. The meeting was adjourned at 11:04 am. Les Sitter, Secretary
