Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board of Directors

May 3, 2010

I. The meeting was called to order at 9:52 a.m. by the president, Kathleen Casey, following a walk around of the grounds with Max from Indian Summer.  The meeting being held at the home of board member Jerry Thomas.  All Board Members were present, as well as Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management.  No homeowners were present.

II.  Homeowners Forum.  None

III.  Manager’s Report:

 Kim Maguire presented the latest balance sheet and accounts receivable for review by the Board.  April Financial Statements will be sent to Board members when they are available.  

IV.     Old Business:

--Flatbed truck parking:  There was a discussion of changing the Association bylaws and/or its declaration of covenants to prevent this kind of vehicle from parking on unit drives and other parking areas.  No decision was reached.

--Sewer cleanouts:  The subject of whose responsibility it is to keep sewer lines free from root-clogging.  Kim reviewed with the Board the results of her research and will place an article in a future newsletter as to each unit-owner’s responsibility.

--Beffa shrub replacement:  The Board decided to have rocks installed in the area Beffas requested a new shrub.

V.       New Business:   none

The next meeting will be Tuesday, June 29 at 9:00 am.
