Board of Directors Meeting

May 10, 2011

I. The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by the president, Kathleen Casey. The meeting being held at the home of the president. All Board Members were present, as well as Kim Maguire of Premier Property Management, LLC. No homeowners were present.

II. Homeowners Forum. None

III. Manager’s Report:

Kim Maguire presented the latest balance sheet and accounts receivable for review by the Board. Questions were raised regarding page 9 of the Financials. Also a question was raised regarding Administrative costs (“misc. administrative”) which Kim will respond to later. Other questions sere discussed prior to unanimous approval of the financials.

IV. Old Business:

-- Wiring is out of the boxes on individual units. Max will be shown the units and asked to fix or suggest remedy.

V. New Business:

--Jerry asked about realtor inquiry on For sale unit.

--Jerry suggested an HOA picnic, which was approved by the Board for late July (the 28th at 5:00 pm was agreed on. The Board will provide plates, utensils, cups.

--Kathleen brought up the issue of removal of the stump behind Barb Miller’s unit, which Barb requested. The Board will respond with filling the hold following removal of the stump.

--Paul raised an issue regarding trimming the bushes north of the pool. Will be resolved prior to pool opening.

--Kim mentioned a flooded basement issue, which will be submitted to our insurance carrier.

The next meeting will be Monday, August 22, at Les’ home, at 9:00 a.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
